Graffiti
The friendly people from the council had the good idea of sending out two of their scariest looking young offenders now providing the community with their painting and cleaning services to scrub up the subway. Today. This subway is the one which every single college student passes through at least once a day. There was not an inch of the subway which was not, before today, defaced in some way. Today was the first day back to college after the Easter holidays.
I think what we can conclude from this is that the friendly people from the council are, by giving us college students a clean slate (in the form of beautiful sky blue walls) allowing us to graffiti to our hearts content.
Why thank you. Banksy, watch out. I'll be there, in the black of the night, with my spray can and balaclava. Or failing that, my tipex pen on the way to college tomorrow, furtively scribbling hearts and initials and question marks and grossly misspelled obscenities.
