Smokey
I've washed my hair twice, stood in the back garden for a while (upwind) and blowdried it for ten minutes. I still smell stale smoke every time I turn my head.

although i´m a smoker i enjoyed my stay in ireland and england last year, because after a night out in the local pub we didn´t need to wash our hair to get rid of the stench. i don´t mind if they forbid to smoke in bars and restaurants here in austria.
