A handful of confusion
As of Friday/Saturday this week, I will be filling a two-week void which is now my summer holiday by guest-blogging for Elisabeth
Elisabeth is the amazing writer who can instill in people an astronomical craving for milk. Even in people who know they HATE milk, especially warm milk, which tends to develop wrinkly skin. Reading her persuasive and vivid writing lead to me wincingly drinking a whole glass of milk last night, almost gagging at the taste. I perservered, because of THE MILK BLOG ENTRY. It gave me a vision of refreshment and sofistication (the height of sofistication being, of course, cookies with milk).
I have never guest-blogged before, so the outcome may be interesting. I will also be guest-blogging for her other blog. It is a Norwegian blog. Do not expect miracles. I will be not writing in Norwegian, despite the fact that I actually understood one Norwegian word. Aptly, the word for "confused". If I were to write in Norwegian, you would be submitted to a handful of confusion.
In short, I will be writing for three blogs; my own and her two. This requires an endless stream of interesting and amusing thoughts, which are in short supply. Over the next few days, I will be delving deep into my brain for amusing anecdotes, which will be written down somewhere on numerous scraps of small paper, ensuring against imminent losses.
On the topic of amusing anecdotes, leave a comment if you have one (or even if you would like to share it!)
